Smiling a little now, though she still looked very tired, Dr. Marachek answered, "Good - I'm glad we understand each other again. Goodbye, Mr. Zelkovii." When he returned to Cass' room though, she'd still be asleep. However, her next door neighbor was stirring again, once against moving to make the signs at his chin, though he didn't again ask for 'Ama'. Instead, he opened his eyes blearily and looked around a bit. Fortunately or unfortunately, he didn't seem aware enough to understand that he was in a hospital, so his fear didn't come into play, but at least he seemed to get the idea that Summer was with him - the tension that had set into him immediately upon awakening slowly faded out, until he reaffirmed his grip on her hand. He didn't say anything... but he made his awareness of her, and his relief to have her close to him, powerfully felt.
(oh yeah, us too - it's a generally-accepted thing that at 14 mins, 52 seconds, the teacher will show up
may be some delays, as i am washing the hamster house between posts. whisper is NOT happy, hehe)
