Reminder: Please send your non-NARA score documentation to me ASAP at jeffynpeterson@yahoo.com.
Please send a written account of the NARA-recognized score you would like to use, including the dog's name, the Ring level of the score, the numerical score itself, the location and date of the trial, and the judge's name.
With your written description, please submit clearly readable scans of the following documents:
a. the registration (first) page of the dog's scorebook
b. all pages of the scorebook documenting the trial where the
score was earned
c. the scoresheet where the desired score is recorded.
