you my be saving 400,000 but the people are loosing big services during the year from what i hear . The county does not want to maintain ANY dirt road in the town of spafford . so can you explain how people who live on them will get the kids to school and get themselves to work , fire procetion , mail and an increase in car repairs ? If the highway dept is conolidated to county what kind of time respose can be given to the people who travel ower wind blown back roads as to when they might see a snow plow ? It sounds to me like there is ALOT of talking and work to be done on this under taking before ANYONE should vote on this or even consider it ! Has anyone compaired what is being done now by the highway dept and what the county has offered ? Replies: There have been no replies.
