Not sure whether this is simply the Welsh way of signing it, but 'floor' of a house is simply both hands together facing down, and then pushed out both ways to describe a flat surface.
Top floor is the primary hand in a fist pushing up against the flat secondary hand: bottom/ground floor, is the equivalent, pushing downwards. Replies: There have been no replies.
