Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

It had been several months...heading into a year since she'd been to this mountain. So much of her life had happened here but her fondest memory held where they first met. Leoniah was happy in earth...the thickness of her coat did not really go away so coming to Ice Mountain Peak with Kuroha was not hard on her.

The white, black fur scarred, fey with ebony eyes walked with deliberation...she'd wanted to see it. What happened to the cavern she'd carved. Then the ledge became visible...and there it was. Still the same...snow covered it almost but inside still dry the collection pool over filled from no one drinking from it. It took more than 6 months to carve into the stone. The pups had been born by then and by it's completion they were beating up on each other...not long after that they were attacked. Then he came back...It was like a dream...one she'd never forget, it only happened like that in dreams and it was her life, her past and she had the scar to prove it.

Her eyes traveled down to Kuroha, "You okay?" she called to him as she pulled her last back paw up over the ledge to be on flat ground again. "It's been so long since we been here."
