It was an interesting letter that Mr. Thomas sent to the Board. I am surprised and shocked to discover that the Pension Board has been throwing spitballs at the retirees. I certainly agree with Mr. Thomas' position that the Board owes the fees since it was their actions that prevented the payment in the first place. I certainly wish him better luck in court than we have had. Replies: There have been no replies.
