Hello to everyone I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I wish your health and family the best.
It is with deep Sadness and Sympathy that I pass on to you the passing of The Tampa Police Department, First Black Sworn Supervisor, Elijah Dixon Jr.
Captain Dixon passed on Tuesday November 24th 2009 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
