I spent 10 years teaching at the High School level, 87-96. Government (Public) Schools are a miserable failure, 'mandatory attendance', mandated by local schools, counties and states is effective ONLY in assuring schools, counties and states recieve the maximum in federal funds. Mandatory achievement, as we had in PMA, is foriegn to public schools.
