"Parker vs. Board of Trustees Update
A hearing was held today, Monday, February 1, 2010, on a Motion seeking to determine
who would be responsible for paying attorney's fees to Parker's attorney.
The Court had read the legal papers that had been submitted by both sides and heard
arguments of counsel.
At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court announced that the fund was responsible for
paying attorney's fees to Parker's attorney.
The Court did not set the amount of attorney's fees. The amount of the fees will either
have to be negotiated or resolved after a Court hearing to be scheduled in the future."
