I'm with Art, Larry should realize by now that the Board will not police themselves and failed repeatedly in the past to act on behalf of all members. Thought Larry promised to monitor and if necessary use the retiree association to address grievances. How else can he do it? Yes, I agree that these lawsuits have got to stop but the Board must prevent them by acting responsably! Sometimes it takes legal action.
