How many lyrics do you think a band needs to write over the course of their history? You seriously believe a couple of trite lines would make a difference to their popularity? Some bands become popular, some don't, it's just luck of the draw. Personally I love both Chris' and Bill's contributions, my favorite songs would probably be Late at Night and Sunflower Suit. I don't think BT failed just because they're not household names. I saw them many times in the 80's and early 90's and have some great memories of their music, who cares if it's "popular"?
