JOBS and VENEZUELA

Dear Liberal voters: I asked Senator Gilibrand last night at a news press meeting if she thought the democrats should get serious about increasing domestic oil, not natural gas, production since us democrats still will be importing 10 million barrels a day in 2030 so we can continue to drive our show cars and 18mpg SUVs and mini-vans. I told her that the President of Venezuela is opening the Orinoco Oil Field to new investors and old western friends. Chavez wants more income to help his country pay health and educating and retirement bills. So he is asking Chevron and Repsol Oil company of Spain to drill and increase ITS, VENEZUELA'S oil production by 400.000 in 4 years. We get 650.000 barrels a day from Alaska today. Down from 2 million barrels in 1988. Anwr 1002 area has an estimated 6 to 15 billion barrel reserve. Most drill areas have a billion or less. Brazil has tapped the TUPI fields offshore. They contain approx. 10 billion. Brazil is energy independent because of its oil finds. Not because of Ethanol like many liberals believe. Lets buy our oil three thousand miles away in Angola. We get 400.000 barrels a day from there.

Don't blame exxon or big oil if things get worse. Joe vecchio, a real liberal democrat.
