That is actually not a bad idea. I personally just add the silica to my water and let the water dissolve a tiny amount of the silica, but the conversion of the silica in to the usable orthosilicic acid is low this way. So I tried adding some lemon juice to my water jug, but this just ended causing a molding problem. But the apple cider vinegar is acidic enough to prevent mold growth and that would increase the silica to orthosilicic acid conversion.
The same trick can be used as I do with the water. Add a spoonful of silica to a gallon of ACV, shake it up then let it settle out. Then you would drink the ACV as you normally would but it will contain a higher level of silica.
