Sounds like a nice place fellas, and thanks for the hospitable invite to alumni. Sandy and I are pretty well fixed in place here in OK - not as exciting as FL for sure, but we kinda like life in the slow lane. Plus the grandkids are 4 miles away, and Grandma will stay near them. (We moved 25 miles a few years ago for that reason, among others.)
This forum has been so slow lately that I've not been checking it very often. I got into the Facebook thing, but gee whiz, too much information and traffic. Looks like some folks post on that all day long. One friend posts if she takes cookies out of the oven! I still prefer this site for alumni chitchat.
My parents are both 91 and doing reasonably well - one in CT, the other in OR. So any vacation travel needs to be to visit them when I can. Trip to FL is very doubtful.
