She was lusting, her wide aquamarine optics clouded over with layers of pure emotion. He was everywhere, close and far, near her and yet way too far away. His scent was wreathed around her soul and his words echoing repeatedly in her brain.

"I am lost to the sexy beast's whereabouts that you speak of, but I have to agree with your master. Dangerous things happen in the comfort of darkness. Devils come out to play."

His vocals drew her in once more like the devil's curse that he very spoke of. In her brief moments of clarity between the bouts of feeling that the beast stirred in her, she registered his words and deciphered each phrase with rushed comprehension. A purr similar to the predatory one that had erupted from his midnight form leaked from her lips at the first sentence of his sentiment. Humility, how...cute. She wouldn't have expected that from him at first sight, and didn't spend time relishing in the fact. So the killer had a heart after all, that was potent information, information that would shape her thoughts of this decieving stranger.

Stranger.

She found herself hating the fact that they where still bonded by the word. Two syllables that summed up the polar opposite of what Sombra wished to be to the beast. Hell, she didn't even know his name. The vixen felt the comfort that he spoke of when he referred to the comfort of the night and stepped back slightly, withdrawing her neat head from his. Back into the welcoming arms of the shadowed forest, standing now between he and border and the one who had come from beyond its edges. The loss of his heat, that had been so recently acquired between them, left her shivering in spite of the balmy night. Her head ducked, twisting to her front knee, her breath caressing the smooth white hairs interlaced with black where her sock ended and the pure color of the rest of her pelt began. Her lashes fluttered, disguising her brilliant optics as she took the time to process a response that hid her discomfort. The feather tip of her tail spiraled in the dirt, hips shifting in steady rthym while her unbalanced back paws caused her hips to brush aside the over hanging ferns. As much as she'd like the feel of his warmth against her flank instead of the cooling night vegetation, she could not bring herself to move back to his side. Her eyes opened to slits, whispers gracing the air between them.

Ah, the devil's play is the best.

She purred, stepping one paw closer, drawing herself through the empty space. Going much slower now, taking her time, taunting the sexy devil that she hoped had caught the hint in her murmured words. The closer she moved, the more his intoxicating perfume took a hold of her once more. His name...she thought briefly, his name might be important...
