The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.

His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.

"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."

It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.

"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."

The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

A Gray Wolf howling to the moon. Pictures, Images and Photos

Firestorm was wondering around the territory a little. Her pace was slower than usual, but that was due to her belly being more swollen then what she was used to. However, upon sight no one would guess she was pregnant. Since Beowulf's coma she had been almost nothing but bones and skin. If anyone saw her, they would probably just assume her weight had come back, and it had, but there was more to it then that. Nobody knew that she was going to give birth to pups soon, nobody but her. Firestorm had done her best to avoid everyone, even at meetings, for she had wanted her mate Beowulf to know first. She hadn't seen him in awhile, and she was worried for him, more so than what she would admit to him. From what she knew males didn't like it when you thought they needed to be watch, and she knew Beowulf didn't need to be fussed over, but she would always worry for him. Especially since she almost lost him to that damn overgrown cat.. She wasn't even sure if she wanted to tell him about the pups, especially after everything he had been through recently. The stress might just be too hard on him, and she didn't want to add to it. He was still regaining his strength, and she wasn't going to have him over do it. She feared for him more than she had anyone else before. It was new to her, but she was growing used to it. Firestorm didn't want to push him over the edge, but she also didn't want him to think she was trying to hide it from him either. In all honesty she wasn't sure which way she should take...

A sigh came from the grey coated fea as she came to a stop, her paws sore from randomly walking around. Even she could tell she missed the meeting her alpha had called, the scents were stale even from where she stood outside the bushes that led to the familiar clearing. Being on the other side of the terra she couldn't of made it in time due to her state. Laying down she began to clean her coat, her eyes looking to her stomach every now and again. Kicks and feeling bodies move around inside of her had become second nature already to her. In fact she enjoyed it, knowing that she would soon be a mother, even though doubt had come from her. Could I handle this she wondered for a moment. Even though this was her first pregnancy, instincts had already started to kick in. The Delta female had already claimed a den in the terra, deciding that she didn't want to leave the safety of the pack, nor did she want to feel like she was deserting her home by going to the mating dens to give birth. The den she choose was tucked away, secluded except for a single trial, that was seldom use, where grass flowers and other small vegetation had begun to grow back. It had been tight and small, but Firestorm had simply dug it out more, to accommodate how she wanted it to be.

Raising her maw to the sky she let loose a howl, it called to Beowulf, and Beowulf only. Lowering herself to the ground, she stretched her limbs out, loving the way her muscles relaxed as the tension rolled off of her. She had made up her mind when she called for the brute she loved. If he asked because he had guessed or could tell it, then she would clue him in. If not, well the pups out of the bag sooner or later. It would depend on her mate whether its sooner or later. Resting her head upon her paws, she waited to see if her warrior would show. Her mind began to calculate how long till she would give birth as she became slightly impatient. Usually she had grown used to her sudden mood swings, but even now they still caught her off guard. The tip of her tail flicked as a low growl rumbled from her, the only sign that showed her being impatient. She missed Beowulf, the last time she had seen him was when he had come out of his coma, and she wanted to see him NOW. If he didn't show, she'd find his recent scent trail, and track him down. She may be pregnant, but it wouldn't stop her determination and will. It was just her way, especially if she wanted something bad enough, like she wanted her mate to be by her side. In the very back of her mind, thoughts were brewing. How long till she'd see him after she gave birth. For weeks she'd have to be underground caring the bundles of life that would cause her unbelievable joy. She just hoped that everything would work out, especially with her recently healed mate. Her eyes were scanning for his familiar multicolored pelt to appear, and the thought of him seemed to calm her down, making her impatience behavior go away.

ooc: I was thinking you can decide whether he knows she's pregnant or not.
