TO ALL RETIREES,
The lastest rumor that came to me is that if you "opted out" of the Parker Lawsuit you would not get paid. This is purely rumor. All eligible Retirees and Widows will get a check when this debacle is finally settled. I have never heard anyone in authority say that the "opt outs" would not get a check. I have read everything on this lawsuit and have never read one thing that denies any eligible Retiree and Widow their check. Hope this takes care of the latest rumor.
