Ralph Olav Rogneby was born 27 Feb 1928 in Hennepin County, MN, the son of Olaf E Rogneby and Evelyn Brown. In 1930, they were living in Hennepin County where Olaf was a machinist. Olaf E. Rogneby was born 25 May 1906 in Norway. He was the son of John Rogneby and Christine Kamrud.
In 1920, the family was living in Urness Township,Douglas County, MN. Their neighbor was Torstein Kamrud and his family - most likely a relative.
In 1920, the Rogneby Family had the following children: Anna, Olaf, Syver, Inas Christine, Hilma, and Helmer. The family had lived in North Dakota, then Canada and then Minnesota.
In the 1930 Census, the family also included Gladys, Thelma and Clarice.
Olaf Rogneby died 21 Dec 1969 in Otter Tail County, Minnesota.
Olaf's mother Christine died 5 April 1959 in Hennepin County. After the birth of his daughter, I see absolutely no information on Ralph Olav Rogneby. My sources for this information are Ancestry.com and the Minnesota State Historical Society website.
