Hi James,
You said that tannins and protein precipitate nutrient absorption in the body. I have a few questions if that's okay.
Are blueberries, strawberries, etc. okay to put in a smoothie without the tannins interfering?
Is it a matter of the amount of berries I use?
If I put brewers yeast in a smoothie (8 g per tablespoon) would that interfere?
Should the brewers yeast be taken alone like bee pollen?
How much protein is okay to have in a smoothie or should the smoothie be protein-free?
