Poppy is the only character I can write whilst drunk.
Scratch last. Drunk is a bit strong. I only had, what... two glasses of that zingy blue stuff, one bottle of lemon and vodka (5.6%), a few sips of various gross-tasting stuff and a vodka and coke at Jack’s. I didn’t even hit Carina’s; I’m a good girl, see. And now I’m sitting here at home at half one in the morning (wasn’t even out that late!) with my hot chocolate and I want to write something so this is me, writing. Like I said, at this point in time Poppy is the only character I would be able to write, so it’s kinda unfortunate that she’s been ‘poopynapped’, as someone so RUDELY termed it. Shh. We’ll pretend she’s fine. All is good.
Also, thank god for spellchecker. It’s funny how you think something in your brain and then your fingers sort of miss the keys.
Anyway, this isn’t about me, this is about Poppy, la la la, Poppy time. What could Poppy be doing that’s absolutely FASCINATING? Problem is, I’ve sort of got a bar now. Something always happens in a Poppy post, which is usually nuts and often entertaining, so if I wanted to talk about her doing something NORMAL like going to the loo then I would probably disappoint the lovely reader. I have other posts I should be doing, so I probably shouldn’t be writing this anyway, but whoooo cares? I should also be doing revision. Shall we do some revision together?

1918: Germany seeks peace negotiations with the USA, but they refuse until the Kaiser steps down.
1918: Kaiser abdicates, provisional government set up.

1918: Kapp Putsch.
1919: New constitution established, beginning of Weimar Republic under President Ebert.
1919: Spartakist uprisings.
1919: Treaty of Versailles; Germany signs under protest. (The cat is snoring. SHUT UP.)
1923: French occupation of the Ruhr. Hyper-inflation. Passive resistance. Stressemann. Rentenmark.
1923: Munich Putsch. Hitler jailed.
1924: Hitler let out (you IMBECILES. He had a 5 year minimum prison sentence for treason and you freakin’ let him out after like, 9 months. Shame on you. For SHAME.)

YOU SEE. It’s not everything. I forget some stuff. 1926 – film Metropolis released? Haven’t a clue. You probably don’t know what in damnation I’m on about anyway, since I think I’m the only history A-level student who has the joy of doing Germany 1900-1945. VERY INTERESTING by the way, but not for Poppy, who doesn’t like history. She likes maths, because she’s a freak. And also because she fancies herself as a detective, and she doesn’t realise that the phrase “good at adding two and two” doesn’t necessarily mean good numeracy skills or the ability to solve quadratic equations.
So I need something for Poppy to do that is interesting. Why am I asking you, word? Thou art have NO VOICE. I need someone with a voice. Who is online on aim? Luna, Luz, Affy (away). Jeeeeeeeeeesus my word count is 552 and I haven’t even done anything yet, apart from revision, ha. Drunk all my hot chocolate though. What to do what to do what to do. Maybe she could be like... oh, I dunno, I can’t think when I’m cold. Brb while I put a hoody on.
Hoody is on, cat is now awake and meowing at me. Ugh, shut up. Poppy has got bored and fallen asleep, so that’s what she can be doing in my post – sitting outside the castle with her back against the stone wall, completely out of it. Penguin can be slumped across her legs. Who wants to get in there with a permanent marker and draw a Hitler moustache on her face?
