The Valley

Between the Meadow and the Field is the third of Beqanna’s Common Grounds. A rolling valley is bisected by a broad and shallow river. The grass is thick and lush, and this is a good place for a stallion to live with his family if he does not yet have a herd land.

She laughed wit hin in exhuberance. taing off after him when he beckoned her to follow. She was never one for the boring antics of herd life, this girl had some life to her. She loved to explore, and play. even as a grown four year old mare, she never lost the childlike playfullness that fades with age. laughing with the stallion she took off at a full gallop daring him to catch her. The overo was in full flight when she reached the roan, with a twinkle in her eye she said "Only if you can keep up Dusty" her tone was playful, there was no ill hearted intent in this mare. She was still in mid run when she let out a playful buck.
