If her father has seen the shaman he would have been quick to snatch her away from the place. Especially if he had seen the sight of Blake. Amelie would of probably ended back at home and never allowed to leave again or he would insist to go with her until they both find somewhere they agree on. This is never going to happen however purely for the fact that her farther is not here and Amelie is not stupid enough to give him any reason to worry so much that he would come and drag her back.

Amelie listens as Blake describes in detail his home closing her moss coloured eyes to imagine ,long lashes brushing her fair skin. Within in her mind she can see the houses with others milling around. The weather is warm the trees bearing healthy green foliage standing strong and tall. She can see them tending to their gardens while others lounge under trees, leaning against their roots, or bask in the sun . The sound of children laughing and calling each other mingle with the song of birds. Amelie wonders what it would be like to dwell in a cave and giggles at the thought of it bearing furniture.

She opens her eyes when he finishes speaking “It sounds like it was a wonderful place” cocking her head to once side she grins at him “I’m sure it will be like that again someday. No in fact I’m sure it will be better” straightening her head back out she now laughs a little “But I’m not sure how it can be better when it sounds like it was so perfect already.”

Amelie is all too tempted by the thought of finding food soon but she does not like his words scowling a little she fixes his sentence “how about I help you find us food” relaxing her brow she allows her usual smile to replace it “and you can have the most, no offence but you look like you need it” immediately after saying the sentence she begins to hope that he really isn’t offended. Holding her breath slightly she gauges his reaction.
