REMARRIAGE AFTER RETIREMENT

TO ALL RETIREES,
Received an email from Greg Stout, President of the PBA, advising me that the PBA and the City sit down to negotiate the next contract the first week of July. The email said that the Remarriage After Retirement is a top priority for The PBA due to the importance of this amendment to Retirees. Greg said that he would keep us posted on this matter as it progresses. It is so very good to see that our PBA is recognizing the needs of Retirees and doing somethin about it. Cudos to Greg, his Staff and the members of the PBA for their stance on this important retiree benefit.
