Dry eyes can be from several things including allergies, vitamin A deficiencies, Sjogren's syndrome, etc. Sjogren's syndrome though would also cause severe dry mouth, which you did not mention. I recommend fish oil for vitamin A and work on your adrenals if you have allergies.
As for the headaches it sounds like they may be migraines instead. Tension headaches would be up along the back of the neck to the back of the head. But they would not flair up from some foods, and probably not from hypoglycemic reactions. These are triggers for migraines though. Migraines are easier to prevent that to stop once started. I recommend working on your adrenals again for the blood sugar and tension:

In addition I recommend magnesium malate 300mg twice a day. This will help relax the muscles and prevent migraines. Do not take it at the same time as calcium though since it works by antagonizing calcium.
