Im emailing to let everyone know of Jims health status, He is in very critical condition and is on life support. Our family now has to make the difficult decision as to when we will honor his wishes of not wanting to remain on life support. Jim is now being cared for at Kindred Hospital in Tampa. The address is 4801 North Howard Ave. Tampa 33603, and the # is 813-874-7575. Jim is in room 301 in the Special Care Unit. You are welcome and encouraged to visit, he is under sedation, but he wakes up periodically. Mrs. Zalac's home number is 352-688-7505. Replies: There have been no replies.
