I know I have AF(saliva test) and I've had it for about 2 years. The only way I have been able to feel better in the last 2 years is to go to bed early-10pm. I have started doing that nightly as of a month ago and instead of improving however, I now am struggling with insomnia and the cortisol surge at 11pm. This of course, triggers the morning cortisol 7am surge which creates anxiety, stomach pain, body pain, etc. I have all of the classic AF symptons, depression, anxiety, irrational thoughts, weight loss issues. I try to eat protein every 2-3 hours or my blood sugar crashes. I am planning on starting a kidney, then colon cleanse this week.
I don't know what I can do to make me fall asleep though so my body doesn't kick into hyper mode at night.
