My information is limited but I will pass on to you what was told to me.
At the hearing, nothing was settled or decided on. The hearing will be continued until late Sept. or early Oct..
I understand that Atty. Thomas was on the witness stand and gave some very interesting testimony. Once I get a verification on what happened, I will post the informaton for all to read.
I understand that Atty. Thomas testified that he wouldn't have taken the case unless he had Lopers' help and supporting documentation. Very interesting. Will provide a more detailed account once I confirm other information that came to me.
