To ALL,
Learned this morning that J.D.(Jose') Forbes passed away. As you know, he retired from T.P.D. and then worked at the sheriff's office and retired from there. He had been diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer and told that time was short. It came to an end today. I knew Don well and he was a great guy. Very outgoing and friendly, always smiling. He is one of the good guys. He will be missed by me and so many more. I did not get any of the details re burial, ect. When I receive further info will pass it along.
