Yes they did. Everybody better hope it don't go to much further or everybody in town will be forced to cut any tree within 10 feet of their house to prove they are not just picking on and harassing Frankie. Let's see what will it be next? All I know is I am now going to be the biggest complainer that this town has ever seen, worse the Peter P was and F Moran is combined. I will be driving around taking notes and pics and then filing the complaints in writing just like the law says Mr or should I say Town Clown Codes will be very very busy Since they went after frankie and refuse to go after the house next to Joe V and 1926 E.lake Rd it is time to document and send the proof that the town does nothing except harass one person in town. This is the worse this town has been in the past 15+ years that I have lived here
