Last night (10-28-10) the Board and Members present decided to CHANGE the Quarterly meeting days to "The 1st Thursday of the Quarterly Meeting month".
This was done to accommodate both the Pension Board members and the Retiree Board members. Based on the fact that the Pension Board holds it's meetings on the last Thursday, their responsibilities often extend into that evening. As a result it is very difficult for them to attend our meetings that same night.
This will be done on a temporary bases, until the By-laws can be addressed.
New meeting days 1st Thursdays in January, April, July and October. Please MARK your calendar.
