The Pension Board's counsel has advised that there is another hearing scheduled for 11/22/10 at 10:30am. This hearing will be limited to 90 minutes for arguments on attorney's fees and costs. The judge may issue an opinion then, or at some undetermined later date. After the judge's written opinion is issued either side has a period of time to request an appeal. I'll keep you posted.
