A small simple smile fluttered across the Oracle's face, touched by the stallion's gentle words. A earth stained hand lifted from the fence, brushing across the soft steel grey hide of his forehead, lightly untangling the windswept mess of a forelock. For a few long moments they rested there, locked in an easy silence, an understanding without words. When she finally spoke, the words were soft and thoughtful, like those to a lover or those of a mother to her child. What would please me most is that you make certain you learn well, listen to those that offer to teach like parents, and to pass along that knowledge and respect once you have it. Leaning down, she placed a light kiss between the wide set eyes, just below the straightened lock of hair. Syllables were strung together once more, hardly more than a whisper this time, easily caught and lifted by the wind. Nothing would please me more than that. Now go...learn well... And with that final simple statement, she turned away, a gentle knowing smile still resting on her lips as she vanished into the house. Oh if only there were more creatures like that one...
