OK, COLA contest. Make your guess, what will it be? I guess 3% based on chart at ftp://ftp.bls.gov/pub/special.requests/cpi/cpiai.txt and by adding October 2008 through September 2009 and dividing by 12 and then subtracting that result from October 2009 through September 2010 divided by 12.
