Rex nudged Lae with his nose, worried that there was something wrong or that he'd done something to upset her. He listened to her starting statement, generally not getting a good vibe from the way she started that sentance. He listened to the random collection of words and at her last statement he froze. Rex found a complete lack of ability to respond but he felt what he thought was a purr, because it sure as hell wasn't a growl, vibrate in his throat, probably caused by his tigerlily blessing. "L-lae... I... that's..." Rex stammered, "that's brilliant..." was the only thing he could manage to say.

Rex's tail wagged happily, he licked Lae's cheek, the thought swimming through his head. "H-how long have you known?" he questioned, slight curiousity burning in his crimson eyes.

((no worries, I'm glad mine didn't basically come out as ~looks at Lae blankly~ wh-what?! lol))
