You ain't seen the best of me yet...
The lakes had slowly began to digress into its natural earthy state once more, the receding water lines leaving an abundant array of green pastures and flower touched hilltops that the Northerners were basking in. The fervent feel of gloom that once suppressed the lands into stale emotions had faded slightly leaving way for those who were meant to flourish to do so and Andais was no exception. She held the account of an earth wielder, untouched by the brunt of the storm and only pelted with the heavy rains atop her higher grounds, much like any others who could shift the sands to her will. Now as things calmed and the calamity pulled away she helped here and there with the refurbishing. New streams remained where once there was nothing but meadows, and small ponds where valleys were alone, about them she asserted her abilities and built up the banks to help the pools remain, brought rocks to the surface where the path would continue to carry the waters to the seas. Flowers budded and bloomed along the edges and the grass was grown greener to instill a sense of serenity where not so long ago there was none. The trees flourished, and here or there she would sprout a new oak or willow to provide just a little more foliage to provide some shade.
Wandering through the lakes granted her time to ponder things more full heartedly, and so many things came to mind as she kept her muzzle low gracing the earth with more life at her touch. She thought of Arianah and her child, of her unrelenting desire to keep not only her own life in perfection but also that of an entire kingdom. Donegal was there, his immature role as a king still weighing heavily on his shoulders and a concern for her personally that he was still too new to his role, but of course she would be a shoulder for him to lean on when he needed it if ever there came a time. Spectre was holding her own, as usual, a sturdy creature for being so physically handicapped that it amazed Andais to see her every time growing more and more into the skin she was granted. There were few others that came to mind, such as Marara who was still a question mark on her mental black board, but among them all there was one that stood out the most for her. Solaris. The name was something that bade history into her mind yet she knew so little about her, understood her even less. She knew her to be a shifter just as she was, a tiny bird to her larger leopard self, but that didn’t matter. Yes, she needed to know her, something told her that, and so she encouraged her own search for the mare just then. Not one to simply ignore thoughts she raised up a call through the earth, searching out the mare so familiar yet unfamiliar it was intriguing. Soon situating herself amidst a glen she allowed her feel of the world around her to tell her just where the mare was, and where she would approach from.
