Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

The light colored wolf yawned as his fur trembled in the chill of the morning, feeling the warmth of the dying warm flare up suddenly, pelting his face with heat that surprised him. He opened his eyes to see that he had rotated in his deep, horrible sleep. Every dream had been vivid and inappropriate, and he knew he wouldn't be able to face the wolfess on this day. Then, as his eyes dragged to her face, he inwardly cursed but flashed a big smile at Ice.

"Good morning, Ice. Thank you so much for relighting the fire. I had started to shiver in part of the night." A small lie, but he knew it never hurt to be curteous and thankful. It was only natural on his tongue. He grinned wide to her, warming his chest with the fire, letting a breath of air escape his maw. "What adventure will we be exploring today, miss?"
