I've had calls about Social Security and our Pension, since my article in the Newsletter. My knowledge base is clearly in the area that I was effected. However, some very good questions have been asked and I don't have the expertise to answer.
I'm asking a general question to our members.
"Does anyone know an Attorney that specializes in Social Security and has a very good knowledge of our pension. Including L.O.D. and Social Security and the Social Security W.E.P. program?"
The Pension has never provided clear guidance on how to deal with Social Security W.E.P. or L.O.D. programs. Even talking with Social Security representatives you can get conflicting information.
I would like an Attorney to respond as our Guest Speaker for one of our Quarterly Meetings. I'm confident it would generate a new client or two from that meeting.
