During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Devil moved at a comfortable pace, a fast walk, almost a slow run. It covered ground easier that way, and she could keep the pace up for as long as she liked. Her sleek black coat showed off her muscle, and she knew her form stood out in the sun beating down upon her back. She was traveling off of a mountain, her feminine figure descending at a constant rate, till soon she was upon level ground again. By that time the sun was more the mid way in the sky, and she still had a long way to go, for this dull area held no appeal to the vixen. Her gaze was locked firmly ahead, and she wondered where she was headed next, and she soon picked up speed to a decent loped run. Tensed muscles loosened as she stretched her legs forward with each stride, loving the way it felt, and she soon saw a forest ahead. Interest had her prick her auds as she surveyed the sight. Her scars were starting to pull back into a smile to show her pleasure, when her stomach growled in anger and protest. The multi colored fea hadn’t eaten in a few days, and her last meal had been a bird. Brown orbs narrowed in thought for a moment as she decided whether to continue exploring then hunt, or vice versa. Her mind was made up when her stomach gave another sound of its protest, and she soon was circulating back around so the wind was blowing in her favor.

Sniffing she prowled around the area, her mood heightened at the prospect of a decent place to stay before she moved on. Perhaps this could be her winter home this year, and her spirits had brightened. It wasn‘t long till she found a rabbit, and had it dead beneath her paw. Blood dripped from her mouth, staining her white chest a dark shade of ruby. Closing her orbs as she felt the blood quench her thirst that came from being about to eat, and she was glad her food could offer that other than just a meal. Before much time had passed she had finished the small meal, and left the fur and bones for some scavenger, or simply the environment, to take care of it. Eyes bright now, she looked up at the moon, and it was as if the cold of the night couldn’t reach her. Her body felt alive with heat from the excitement that was coursing through her body. She hurried toward where she had saw the forest, this time ready to explore it.

Her body had not moved very far when a smell caught her nose off guard, and she froze in shock, and her excitement dimmed to almost nothing. The place she had considered living belonged to a pack, and she was about to leave, when a sudden longing held her back. The place looked nice, inviting to her, almost like mysteries were hidden in the dark shadows. At the smell of another nearby her curiosity grew over her stubborn mind telling her to stay strong alone. Instead she traveled farther, not going over the border line, in fact she stayed a leap or two away. When she got closer, she hid herself in the shadows and bushes, knowing no one would be able to see her. As always she stayed downwind as the wind was blowing toward her, and so she knew the others wouldn’t be able to smell her. If they sensed her, well then that was another story altogether, but she wasn’t going to offer herself up, at least not until she knew what she was getting herself in to. A good warrior wouldn’t do that, and she was better than a good warrior. Her chocolate lampages took in the back form of a black male as he stood at the border with the ivory alpha. Obviously he was waiting for the alpha to give judgment, and she was curious to see what would happen. He smelled of blood, but so did she, and she was just glad that her scent would be masked by his and the vegetation she was hidden in. As the ivory brute spoke, it was clear he was not happy about Scarface still standing at his border, and she was pondering what the other wolf’s next move would be, when more showed.

A couple this time, but what caught her off guard was what the male said. Vampire? Seriously? Sure she knew what a vampire was, all the theories and riddles, but she had never thought it was true. However, apparently these wolves thought it was, and even more curious she watched as the two spoke farther of introducing themselves and saying they were mates. When the two bowed however, Devil’s Angel narrowed her orbs, and brought her out of her thinking of how Bella said the word join. Was she unsure? Did these two not know how to submit fully, or just didn’t think it was necessary, Devil didn’t know, but she was sure the alpha wouldn’t stand for it. No alpha would she thought to herself. Her orbs turned to Scarface when he spoke again, and she saw he had left his submissive posture. The alpha had just asked why he was not submitting, and he quit submitting some what? Wow….She was thoughtless, other than she would of tore him up and spat him out like an old bone. Grinning she could just imagine what she would of done if the male had ignored her and done that. As he turned to look at the two new wolves she saw his scar and orange orbs. Hmm, he fit the description of monster, but was he really one? Then she remembered that these wolves were suppose to be vampires. Before she had time to dwell on that thought, she realized Edward had started talking again. Apparently he was getting defensive of his mate, and she couldn’t help but let a sneer form on her face. If she was Bella she would of made it clear she was taken, and if still given looks she would of snarled in the wolf’s face. The ivory and black wolfess had never taken crap from anyone, and she didn’t plan on doing it anytime soon. Never had she had someone stand up for herself, she had always done that, and if someone had she wasn’t sure if she’d thank them or bite them.
