Effective July 2011, The Tampa Retirees Assoc. is asking all members with Internet or Web access to "Opt-Out-Of-Newsletter-Mail-Outs."
For several years our Retirees Newsletters have been simultaneously, published on our website the same day they go out in the U.S. Mail. Printing and Mailing cost are continuously going up, plus mail-out preparation is labor intense and time consuming.
So, those members accustom to visiting the website and prefer reading (in color) our newsletters on-line, are asked to voluntarily O.O.O.N.M.O by emailing our President at: President@tamparetiree.com and indicating that you would like to Opt-Out of Newsletter Mail Outs. This does not mean the Retiree Association will never contact you by mail again. It just means you will not get a Newsletter in the U.S. Mail. You will still be included in any other important mail outs.
At the same time you Opt-Out, please make any changes to your Address, Phone Number and E-mail, for our records. Remember this information is never sold or given away to a third party.
