Ouro grinned, then hopped back up. "You can fly? That's cool! My daddy can fly and so can Levia! I met Levia when I was first hatched! She's awesome!" he said, puffing out his chest as if boasting. How the little kit adored Levia. He turned his gaze back towards the feather as Flaming Rose spoke of it. Admiration shining in his eyes he glanced back up at the red wolfess. "Maybe someday I'll get a necklace! But not like yours 'cause that would be copying." he said with a very important nod of his brown head. From the very first day Covenant had told him what was right and what was wrong. "I know what's right and wrong 'cause my daddy taught me." he said, head still bobbing up and down.

"What about you? What did your daddy teach you?" he asked, his head tilted. A snowflake fell down and Ouro flicked out his tounge and caught it. With a giggle he began to catch every snowflake that came his way. Even bending backwards to catch some of them. Finally he got bored with the game and his cheerful gaze returned to Flaming Rose.
