Ah. He'd been spotted. Well, he hadn't been trying particularly hard to go unnoticed, so that wasn't a terrible surprise.
Best not to be rude, he supposed. Besides, he felt cowardly enough as it was, what with all the skulking about he'd done.

He met the tiger's eyes and padded sedately towards him, stopping a couple wolf-lengths away and sitting down. His long, stringy tail curled tightly around his haunches.
"Pardon me for staring. I didn't mean to intrude." His tone was more neutral than truly polite. There were some canine instincts he couldn't ignore no matter who's body he wore, and he didn't like to show much subordination to a stranger.
