The mares coated matched my own, maybe I had a bit more of a dappleish tinge, but other then that we were identical. Cameo stepped out in eagerness, happy to see a fellow axian. She flapped her wings and flew up onto my back, curious, but not quite brave enough. This was the first time I had come across another wild horse... Another identical wild horse. Her movement was elegant and soft, she belonged in a parade. I envied how gracefully she trotted up to about only three feet away. Hello child, whose pelt is such colour as my own, and childs web-footed friend, whose feathers glimmer in the fading sun . I was speechless, she spoke with such detail. Such... I was officially jealous. I looked at my coat, sure I had the colour. However my tail did not flag like an alert, my ears were not like radars and chiseled to perfection, and my face was not sculpted into a devine creation. Instead, I had a straight face, with longish legs to match my height. A long tail that in fact did not flag, but just carried itself, and lastly, a tangled mane that did not belong anywhere but in the wild. This mare was clean, and shinning. Her axian on the other hand, was odd. Not in a mean way at all, however, just different. He was rodent looking... It made me uneasy. All his appearance did for me was make me picture the rats back home. However, he had a sort of intelligence to his face. Like he knew more then me, or Cameo put together. That made me feel safe, because it was almost like he could hear miles away. I had never felt uneasy before, but being with strangers made me really figure out what they are capable of. "Why... What is your names?" I asked quizzically... There was no possible way I would be able to sound like a poet like she did. Her voice had sort of a tune to it, like a harp playing in the background. Or an acoustic guitar hitting high notes, but soft notes. Or a piano playing every single right key, not an inch off tune. Yet another thing a lacked, confidence. Her voice did not lack anything. In fact, it was perfection. I swear it was like some higher power made her just to be envied. And now, she crossed my path. Perhaps it was just the way she was, confidence, and power. Or maybe it was just something I had lacked for so long. Whichever it was I was begging to be exactly that. She could probably get her way any day, because who would question someone who sounded like they new the world inside and out? I was loosing myself in a train of thought, and I could tell Cameo was listening in because her beak was linked shut and her eyes in another place. As soon as she figured out I noticed her out of the corner of my eye, she spoke. "I am Cameo... And this? Well this is Tangieer. Sorry if we startled you." I nodded in agreement, I was still in shock. I could not breathe, or settle. My heart was racing. Why was I so nervous? I had come across many travelers in my day. Some much more intimidating then this mare. She had a weird energy to her, a conflicting personality. Nothing bad, no she seemed like she could do no wrong. This is what got me nervous; She seemed so perfect, that it was not right. Cameo hopped off my back playfully, feeling more comfortable in the setting then I was. She got along with everyone though, quiet or loud, she had many friends. I glanced around. The dirt path had been marked with hoof prints from many others. Sorry... Cameo. I am a little nervous. This is so.... Nerve-wracking.. .
