the art of sustaining shadows and lending exsistance to nothing The Vale was still and silent, void of like with the exception of one single female and her rambunctious child. Even so, she alone could not fill the vast land with her giggling voice and it was this ambitious desire for something more that caused the ebony beast and his monochromatic bird to once again leave the safety of all that was his. That had traveled through the Oasis, hot and warm though equally as isolated as his own home without little concern of meeting competition. Tenembrage was vaguely away of the scents that lingered, smells that suggested there was life here though it too dwindled. He had yet to encounter the keeper of the desert wonderland which is why the duo continued to use it as a short cut to the tarot with it's tall grass, multiple paths and, most importantly of all, the females that he was so seeking. Upon arrival the bird girl above him veered from his path, her wings dropping her bodice in height to instead extend their intangible length to the maximum of their distance. He continued onwards, bearing the mild discomfort within his chest that warned him of her distance. Tenembrage knew her golden eyes would find that which he would not, she would settle upon her prey and inform him promptly and until then he continued onwards in a slow, placid gait. The ebony steed had drifted feet within a clandestine meeting without being aware of it, that was till a silky voice called to his dark lobes with it's sweet tune. He paused, poised with his cranium tilted slightly to the side in an effort to gather any further information before arriving upon scene to interrupt the congregation not far from him. Tenembrage was pleased at the response that was still very alto, suggesting that the pair were without a testosterone suitor and, better yet, that they had only just met. 'Fiducia, come.' He called silently to the osprey that dotted the sky as he slid forward onto the trail that the pair occupied. "What resounding luck." He commented, his smooth baritone vocals announcing his arrival. It was unusual for the male to make such a 'loud' entrance as he usually left the job to the bird that was now moments from swooping down from the bright sky to land upon his spine. Tenembrage could feel the sharp claws of Fiducia as she made her own dramatic entrance, accompanied with dramatic wisps of fog to make her flight all the more eerie. Her golden gaze eyed the pair's Axian with a glimpse of inquiry within those bright eyes. Likewise, Tenembrage too was devouring them with his dark gaze. His interest had been captivated with the ivory girl, the enigma of perfection, with a lustful passion that could not be denied. That said, even the like colored female he had overheard as 'Tangieer' had a sort of prettiness to her, other wise he would not have made an effort to approach, much less to speak. "May we join you?" Fiducia inquired, over ruling her dragon's lust with some form of politeness. She had considered joining the duck upon the ground though really she found it difficult to feel comfortable upon that which she did not belong. Air had always been her element, air and water and in that she could perhaps share some sort of understanding with the duck creature. However, her golden eyes turned towards the mouse like creature, trying her best to give the Axia her undivided attention. | ||
