Hydra truthfully wondered the same thing as Vega. She found Avix to be incredibly odd given that most creatures kept daylight for being awake and night fall for sleeping. Little Hydra was learning quite a bit about the word these days. At least this new one that she'd suddenly found herself in. Strangely enough too the mare found herself wanting a friend of sorts. Perhaps she'd never felt that way before because she had been traveling. While exploring a companion seemed like nothing more than a nusicence. Living somewhere though? Making your own life in a new place? That required allies or aqunatinces at the very least. Already the mare was plotting out her future here, including Leon and Vega. Because unbenknownst to them they were her new allies. A face amogunst a crowd of equines she couldn't possibly get to know throughly. Also neither of them had been rude to her, which was a bonus if anything.
Carefully Hydra listened (how different she was beccoming!) her head cocked to the side ever so slightly in a horrible natrual habit. She truthfully wasn't aware of it but it was mentioned to her on the occasion. At his words the mare smiled shly. Knowing that she had made a fool out of herself. Then again he didn't seem to think so. Actually he made a great deal of sense, something she respected. She kept her glassy blue eyes fixated in his, locking every word carefully. Even Avix who slept kept his mind open. Well aware that Hydra was scheming as the stallion spoke. Plotting her own course loosely around his own with a rapt expression. "As long as you are brave enough to try of your own will then you have a very good chance." She admitted giving him a cool yet sincere smile. Leon had been kind so far, she could afford to be much the same. Inwardly Avix snorted. Hydra playing nice was something curious indeed and he couldn't tell if it was another one of her games.
"What were things like where you a form?" She asked in a near whisper. Some were touchy about their history, hiding it from view like an unwanted child. Hydra? She bragged and boasted before hitting the climax of her story - the fact that she'd left. "My father ran a little empire of sorts. A few herds led by brothers beneath him. My mother was his Queen but she was a fool. Happy to leave all leading to him. While he was extremely capeable it always dissapointed me that she never tried to be too." Hydra let a little sigh pass her lips before giving Vega and Leon a little secret smile. "I am hardly her daughter." Pride coloured the mares voice as she raised her head steadily. Never would she follow stupidly like Karin. Hydra made her own plans and stuck to them throughly. Unless of course they weren't worth it. In which case she washed her hands of them and slipped away.
