Re(1): GAS

The Gulf is one place. Thank you.

China Petro and Iran National Oil are developing oil fields in the south western county of Khuzestan for an oil deposit of approx 40 billion barrels. Remember from all the educational Post Standard news articles about domestic oil facts that the 1002 area of ANWR holds approx 16 bb/e. ( just kidding, the Post never printed quality energy articles did they ? ) Yet David Rubin from SU told me that ANWR's oil was too small to develope. I asked him what does it hold? He didn't know. Why do journalism professors pretend to know all the answers when it comes to energy, yet know nothing more than what the Sierra Club tells them. Went to another Sierra Club meeting didn't see any 40 mpg cars. That Saab got 20mpg. Why didn't this anti-drilling for oil person not buy and support a 45mpg Geo Metro. Not hip enough?
Natural gas drilling and crude oil drilling, are separate issues. Crude oil, that stuff we put in our cars and trucks and planes consumes approx 10 million barrels a day out of the 19 million barrels we us. But it is too bad that people who don't want to frack for NG don't want to drill in ANWR for oil/gasoline for their 17mpg V8 Jeep SUVs. Got it on film... I don't care about Fracking. I love gasoline....
