This does sound likely to be a gallbladder attack. These can occur after ingesting a large amount of oil, but will usually subside within a few hours.
Consuming SMALL amounts of oil daily is a good idea to help keep the bile from becoming stagnant.
A few other things that can help are lecithin granules, 1 tablespoon three times daily, and increased fiber intake to increase bile formation. Keeping up with the bitters is also very helpful since they increase bile and help regulate hormones that can contribute to gallstone formation.
It is hard to say what the white blobs are. Most likely they would be undigested pieces of cellulose from the diet.
