A grin splits my face as my new friend voices her own desires to meet this Keeper and I nod in vigorous agreement, “Of course! I’ll come tell you about it once I have found her! Then you will know what to expect!” I like doing things that others have not and being able to tell them about it has always made me feel important even though it probably should not. I become even more excited when she takes so easily to the prospect of us being friends, not that I would expected her to say no but it is always nice to actually hear the words. “So where do you think you would like to live?” It is a subject I have hardly thought about myself and I find that I am not sure how to approach the matter of helping Aegle find a home.

So in my normal thoughtless fashion I simply plunge ahead. “As I have said I have not explored much beyond this forest but I have been to the edge where there are fields and some hills and another forest with in sight…. and there are mountains off in the distance. This place must be really big!” That is the point at which my mind wanders as it often does and by the end of that wandering I have completely forgotten where it started from. My hooves dance with eager energy as I wait to hear her reaction to my newest plan. Spryo seems eager enough though whether he is really interested in the tree or just likes the idea of moving I can not tell. Of course it doesn’t really matter on way or another. His excitement feeds my own though and I can no longer remain in once place.

The dancing steps begin carrying me around Aegle but she doesn’t spend much time thinking before agreeing to my proposal. With a gleeful leap I dart forward almost unseating the ever prepared Aaron. “Yay! Come on, it’s this way! You will love it!” Having called those words over my shoulder I take off with a speed fueled by far too long standing in one place.
