Do vitamins/minerals play any role whatsoever in neurotransmitters. I know amino acids do but am not sure if you ar deficient in any specific vits/mins if that can make any difference. can you put it into laymans terms or perhaps an analuogy what role vits/mins/fats and aminos play in creating neurotransmitters?
