Welcome to the club. I once received such a certified letter from Mr. Loper regarding a certain Pension Board Employee. I took no action and refused to apologize as was demanded. When I explained that there were witnesses to the conduct, I heard no more. Of course I don't want, and can't afford, to do battle with MY PENSION BOARD nor one of its employees. Point is that this seems to be the method used to silence any objective,critical,evaluation of the going-ons involving our Plan. I hope that our plan is not paying for the legal review of the post and the subsequent letter, etc.
I should state that the foregoing is nothing more than an opinion and relating of facts and in no way should be taken as negative comentary regarding any board member or employee or anyone else. P.S. I think everyone is doing an excellent, wonderful, job, etc. etc. etc.
