Suma is not really an issue for men. In fact I recommend it for men as well for cancer or for things like endurance during athletics.

A lot of herbs and foods have balancing effects on women's hormonal systems, but this is primarily from the phytoestrogens and flavonoids in the plants. These are actually found in about every plant humans eat. Bu their actions are very weak and not strong enough to really adversely affect a man's hormones unless they were taken in some type of concentrated form.

Recommended dose of suma if using the straight powder would be 1/2 teaspoon 3 times daily at least 20 minutes before meals.
